Founded in 2016, The Lady Birds was born from a deep passion for wildlife and a commitment to protecting biodiversity in the renewable energy sector. We recognized the critical need for expert bird and bat monitoring to balance sustainable energy development with environmental conservation.
Over the past six years, we have proudly implemented, managed, and trained Biodiversity Monitoring teams at 10 operational wind energy facilities across South Africa. Our work ensures that renewable energy projects not only thrive but also coexist harmoniously with local ecosystems.
